I have been lifting weights for the past 7 years. In those 7 years, I have been performing the squat, bench press, and deadlift (along with nearly every other barbell movement) with proper technique for about 4. Improper technique on any movement in the gym--especially the "big three" mentioned above--can lead to injury and lack of progress. Along with barbell movements, I can assist you with nearly any exercise you would like to perform inside or outside of the gym. I have experienced firsthand the setbacks associated with injury due to poor form, and the lack of progress associated with poor programming. I have trained clients unofficially for 3 years and I have taught strength training classes of 50+ students in the military for the past 2 years. I have experience with strength programming as well as bodybuilding protocols and endurance training. Aside from that, I love to teach people how to grow stronger!
