I teach a broad spectrum of yoga classes, tailored to your individual needs. I specialize in adjustments (the kind that make you feel good) as well as pose assistance, ensuring you get the most out of every session. I can take you through an intensive class or a slow, relaxing one, again depending on what your body needs that day. I believe we are all unique and special and as so your time doing yoga shouldn't be about trying bend your body into shapes that look identical to something you saw on instagram, but rather that the shapes should work on you. I see yoga as a workout but moreso a work-in, one in which we strive for harmony.
I teach at Yoga to the People and have a E-RYT 200 yoga teacher training certificate.
