I have been practicing yoga for 15 years, teaching for 8. With my fearless love & respect for yoga, I have a strong passion for sharing its teachings with others. As a rock climber, dancer & overall athlete by heart, my teaching style focuses on the art of balance, with an emphasis on playing with our boundaries while honoring our limits. I teach to serve my community with the intention to encourage & support continual, positive growth.
